BET Hip-Hop Awards 2011 Cyphers: Part 1 & 2

ISH KNOWS…I was mad disappointed in both of these (click above to also see Part 2).  At best, some of them were decent.   Is BET looking to highlight some cats that aren’t necessarily “big”?  If so, I can name a lot more cats that would’ve done a million times better than these cats.  I’m hoping these are just a throw aways (versus the real cyphers) to get folks talking about their upcoming awards shows.

What’d you guys think???

ISH knows…he LOVES seeing the creative process at work.  Gets me mad amp’d to get in the lab & start working on some shit not right now but RIGHT NOW!  Dope lil vid showing giving you some insight into the workings of creating a single from creating the beat to finding the right sample to critiques from Just Blaze himself to recording reference vocals n’ so forth.

Btw, LMAO at “I feel it in the nuts.” hahaha…ah gotta luv artists’ sense of humor after all the hard work.
